We provide a safe space with private luxury services while feeling relaxed. ************************************** POLICIES ********** NEW CLIENTS *************** New clients must come with completely bare nails for your full set appointment. (nail polish, gel polish, hardeners or other nail techs work) ~I do not work on damaged nails, This is to ensure that no more damage is caused. If you are unsure please reach out (EX. Thin nail beds, severe cracks, splits, brittle surfaces). PAYMENT METHODS *********************** Payments accepted are: Cards(small card fee will be charged), Zelle, Cash LATENESS ************ There is a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes will be subjected to a $15 late fee. At 20 minutes appointment is cancelled & deposit is forfeited *Please add-on 15 minutes to your travel time in case of anything that may cause delays; traffic, train/bus issues, parking. RESCHEDULES/CANCELLATIONS ********************************** Cancellations/reschedules must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time. You may use the deposit once within 30 Days for rescheduling. To reschedule please contact chrissy’s nail studio. Anything under than 48 hours is subject to a deposit forfeiture and new deposit must be paid to reschedule. EXTRA GUESTS ***************** ~No Extra Guests: Extra guests are not permitted in the nail suite. This includes children, partners, friends, or any other individuals who are not receiving services DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS ************************* ~Deposits: All deposits are due at the time of booking. No exceptions. Spots are not held without deposits. ~Payment: Payments are due immediately after the service is completed. PARKING ********** Parking is available in the front of the building but could be difficult at times in the area; please come early to find parking. Refrain from parking in the loading area from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, anytime after 5 or weekends you are safe; if you are unsure, kindly reach out. INSPO NAILS PICTURES ************************* ~Submission of Ideas: All inspiration photos or design ideas must be sent via text at least one week prior to your appointment. NAIL REPAIRS *************** I must be contacted within 3 days for any issues regarding a nail repair and will be fixed. Any damages beyond that time you must book a nail repair appointment and pay the fee. ALLERGIC REACTIONS: ************************ Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued if you experience an allergic reaction to any gel products, I will only offer a complimentary removal. ~No refunds on any services.
