We provide a safe space with private luxury services while feeling relaxed. ************************************** POLICIES ********** NEW CLIENTS *************** New clients must come with completely bare nails for your full set appointment. (nail polish, gel polish, hardeners or other nail techs work) ~I do not work on damaged nails, This is to ensure that no more damage is caused. If you are unsure please reach out (EX. Thin nail beds, severe cracks, splits, brittle surfaces). APPOINTMENT INFO ********************* ~Appointment times may vary 2-3 hours depending on designs & service. Please book accordingly. If assistance is needed please reach out by text. ~Please arrive at your timed appointment unless we discuss otherwise. Arrive on time to your appointment; see lateness section regarding lateness policy. PAYMENT METHODS *********************** Payments accepted are: Cards(small card fee will be charged), Zelle, Cash(exact amount) LATENESS ************ There is a 15 minute grace period. In the event you are late beyond the grace period, your appointment will be cancelled to avoid any disruptions in schedule & appointment with new deposit is required. Communication is key; please text me at (347)453-3348 if any issues arrise during travel. *Please add-on 15 minutes to your travel time in case of anything that may cause delays; traffic, train/bus issues, parking. RESCHEDULES/CANCELLATIONS ********************************** Cancellations/reschedules must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time. You may use the deposit once within 30 Days for rescheduling. To reschedule please contact chrissy’s nail studio. Anything under than 48 hours is subject to a deposit forfeiture and new deposit must be paid to reschedule. Please reach out before the time frame and I will work with you to reschedule. If last minute cancellations & inconveniences continue you will not be able to book future appointments. EXTRA GUESTS ***************** At our nail suite, we strive to provide a relaxing and efficient experience for each client. Due to limited space and to ensure the highest quality of service, we have established the following policy regarding extra guests: ~No Extra Guests: Extra guests are not permitted in the nail suite. This includes children, partners, friends, or any other individuals who are not receiving services. ~Waiting Area: Our waiting area has only one chair, reserved for the next client. Please arrive alone to your appointment to ensure this space is available for those waiting. ~Appointment Cancellation: To maintain the smooth operation of our business and respect other clients’ time, any client who arrives with extra guests will have their appointment canceled. This policy is strictly enforced to avoid disruptions. ~Timely Service: Our goal is to provide timely and uninterrupted service. Please adhere to our no extra guest policy to help us achieve this goal. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS ************************* ~Deposits: All deposits are due at the time of inquiry. No exceptions. Spots are not held without deposits. ~Payment: Payments are due immediately after the service is completed. PARKING ********** Parking is available in the front of the building but could be difficult at times in the area; please come early to find parking. Refrain from parking in the loading area from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, anytime after 5 or weekends you are safe; if you are unsure, kindly reach out. INSPO NAILS PICTURES ************************* ~Submission of Ideas: All inspiration photos or design ideas must be sent via text at least one week prior to your appointment. This ensures that the designs can be executed and that all necessary supplies are in stock. ~Preferred Communication: Please text your inspiration or design ideas. Any damages beyond that time you must book a nail repair appointment and pay the fee.
